    General Introduction: Raytek Quartz wafer is the most widely used optical material, because of its high purity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high tensile strength, high light transmission and unique electrical properties.
    Raytek quartz wafer is a kind of silicon wafer used in making silicon semiconductor circuit, and its raw material is silicon. After dissolving the high-purity polycrystalline silicon, it is doped with silicon crystal seeds, and then slowly pulled out to form cylindrical monocrystalline silicon. After grinding, polishing and slicing, silicon wafer is formed. At present, the most popular quartz wafer production lines are 8-inches and 12 inches.
