RAYTEK-RFJ3C--FJ-011 Antistatic device
This is a specialized anti-static device for fiber optic rewinding machines, widely used for eliminating static electricity in fiber optic rewinding work to protect electronic equipment and reduce the interference of static electricity on the transmission capacity of fiber optic signals.
This type of anti-static device is widely used in industrial production lines, laboratories, and other places that require strict control of electrostatic environments.
Applying and Purpose:
1. Remove the static electricity generated during fiber rewinding to avoid the fiber adsorbing dust and causing uneven coloring.
2. Remove static electricity generated during fiber rewinding, avoid vibration of the fiber during high-speed motion, and improve the quality and stability of the cable arrangement.
3. Remove static electricity generated during fiber rewinding to avoid electric shock events caused by excessive static electricity, in order to improve line speed production and ensure production efficiency.
Working Principle
During operation, this anti-static device acts as a static eliminator, capable of producing a large amount of positive and negative ions to achieve equilibrium in the ion concentration in the air. When these ions come into contact with charged objects (referring to optical fibers for rewinding machines), charge neutralization occurs, thereby eliminating static electricity on the surface of the rewinding optical fiber.
